Oilsand development doesn’t end at the Alberta border
(and neither do the opportunities).
Little-known Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan, is the last outpost before heading into Northern Saskatchewan – an area speculated to be Canada’s next “Fort McMurray” for oil sand development. The rapid growth of this area, combined with continued exploration, is already resulting in a high demand for increasingly scarce housing options. Recognizing an opportunity for our investors, we have purchased a hotel in this promising area that will fulfill our mission to identify real estate niches.
The hotel will be re-branded, retrofitted and furnished to meet the growing accommodation needs of oil sand workers and visiting executives, making for better – and more luxurious – stays. These new clean suites will far surpass the quality of any other accommodations in the area, with high end features that encourage increased hotel revenues due to greater guest satisfaction. It’s just a good, common sense idea – and so is the investment opportunity.
